A 404 page refers to a page that cannot be found on your website. For instance, if you were to attempt to go to my About page and manually type out https://powerfuldigitalsolutions.com/about-me (instead of the correct https://powerfuldigitalsolutions.com/about/ ), you would see a 404 page to indicate that the page you’re looking for doesn’t exist.

Although a custom 404 page is NOT meant to be a high traffic web page (and if it is, then something needs to be fixed sooner rather than later!), it can help turn a potentially negative experience into a positive one.
